Hello Farm Friends,
New things are coming in every day! We're now steadily harvesting tomatoes, shelling peas and baby carrots, while we patiently watch the cucumbers and summer squash grow. That's right, Tomatoes, Shelling Peas and Baby Carrots have arrived!! We're fully stocked, both in Post Mills and Norwich, so come on by and get your fill.
We're also steadily picking beautiful red strawberries, which are available at both farm stands as well. In addition to our own, we're fortunate to provide other Upper Valley grown strawberries, making sure your weekend grocery-needs are filled! We'll even have King Arthur shortcakes and Strafford Whipping Cream down in Norwich!

Fresh Pea Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
all can be found at our farm stands!
- 4 cups fresh peas, shelled
- 8 oz. your favorite pasta, cooked
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp dill, chopped
optional: 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
Prep all the veggies and toss together! If desired, add your favorite dressing with a little bit of salt and pepper.
