Informational Hearing of the Joint Committee on Arts

On May 22nd, 2018, Christopher Loverro (Army Veteran and DIAVOLO Veterans Project performer), was invited by Senator Benjamin Allen via the California Arts Council to share his personal testimony on the impact of DIAVOLO's work with veterans.

The NEA Chairman has awarded DIAVOLO a Creativity Connects grant in to continue our work with Veterans around the country.

In partnership with LTC. Arthur DeGroat and Kansas State University, DIAVOLO will hold a two-week residency for university veterans and local dancers as we work towards bridging the gap between veterans and civilians.

In addition, the NEA has also awarded DIAVOLO a special ArtWorks grant in support of community engagement activities on tour!
The California Arts Council has recently awarded DIAVOLO four incredible grants in support of The DIAVOLO Institute and the Veterans Project.
