- ANNOUNCING: GLOBE Educators Facebook Group! This is a space for GLOBE educators to connect with one another and share ideas and best practices for implementing GLOBE. It is a closed group for GLOBE educators, so you will be asked tell us "who sent you" (i.e. the SRS email listserv) and to share the link to their GLOBE My Page before joining (this is Jen's). We encourage you to join and contribute!

- AGU Data Visualization and Storytelling Competition—Applications Now Open! Funded by NASA, the Data Visualization and Storytelling Competition encourages students to develop innovative and engaging ways to present data. Grand prize winners will receive generous travel grants and the opportunity to present their data visualization on the NASA Hyperwall at the 2018 Fall Meeting. Submission deadline: 31 August 2018.
