Our team is our greatest asset

In 2007, Coil Partners relocated its production to Turkey — owing to a lack of high-quality technical staff in Belgium. The production of high voltage coils is still a very labour-intensive process.
The availability of manpower at a competitive price is what makes Turkey attractive for our manufacturing industry. No wonder the major asset that Coil Partners has is our 100% dedicated team. More than 700,000 technical students graduate every year in Turkey. Thanks to this enormous availability of technical staff, Coil Partners has achieved very impressive growth over the last few years.

The Turkish labour force can be characterized as very loyal, highly productive and quality-oriented. People are happy to work for Coil Partners and we make sure
we take very good care of them!

Annual Ramadan dinner

Every member of the Coil Partners team works very hard and performs at their best all year long. We think that deserves a sincere ‘thank you’.
Following in a long-established tradition at Coil Partners, this year once again we invited all of our staff and their families to a wonderful Ramadan dinner. During the period of fasting, Muslims eat and drink nothing between dawn and sunset. Once the sun disappears, family, friends and neighbours join
each other for the iftar, the only meal that is consumed during the month of fasting.

First resin-rich coils delivered in the USA

For Illinois Electric Works, based in Granite City, Illinois, Coil Partners was awarded the rewinding of a Hyundai motor (13.2 kV and 3825 kW).
Company President Dale Hamil made the following comment about this first collaboration
between our firms:

My tasks are inventory and good management. I report on completed orders, goods consumed, and hours worked, and enter all of them into our NAV system. It is a job with a lot of responsibility, and I love that aspect. My colleagues and I form one big family and we help each other out.

MESSAGE FROM KAMIL

No growth without investments

“The demand that Coil Partners is getting from all over the world is becoming increasingly diverse, both in a technical sense and in terms of production runs. You can’t do without investing in new machines that offer the latest technology. Fortunately, we have enough space in our new İstanbul facility to accommodate them.

Obviously enough, that also means that our staff numbers are on the increase. In the past few months, we’ve recruited staff with various profiles to allow us to keep meeting rising demand, because our basic premise is one that’s still applicable every day: if we’re to do the job at all, we’re going to do it well. So quality and flexibility of solution are key to our approach.”

CAUGHT ON CAMERA

Since our move to the brand new production site in Istanbul, Coil Partners' employees enjoy the garden and chickens we hold there.

A few weeks ago, they gave us their first eggs. And what kind of eggs: they are blue!

Seems that not only we, but also our animals are very happy here ;-)

ICTS Classic in Imola

Coil Partners was invited again by ICTS to the company’s annual classic car event.
ICTS is owned by Jan Coene, a board member of Coil Partners.
The event took place in Imola, the legendary circuit close to the Ferrari factory.
