Summer rehearsals start tomorrow! If in town, your student should attend. Winds (brass/woodwinds), percussion, and color guard all have different rehearsal times. Check out our website to know the dates/times for your student's section.

Thanks to our volunteers and Dr. Lindamood, 31 students had their physicals on Saturday. As a reminder, all marching band and color guard students need physicals before summer music academy (SMA) in late July. As a convenience, boosters have arranged a limited number of on campus physicals for $25. There still are some slots open, so check out our sign up if you are interested, or make arrangements with your own private physician.

⚜️Important drop off/pick up info for the summer

Due to the solar installation in the SMHS parking lot over the summer, we anticipate the parking lot to be congested and/or unavailable at times. School administration and the directors have asked us to communicate to all parents to please drop off and pick up your students from all summer rehearsals across the street in the Vons parking lot. Thank you for your cooperation!

To those who signed up for our June enrollment dates, THANK YOU for understanding our postponement. As a reminder, the June 18th enrollment was cancelled due to the solar installation on campus. We are still working on finding alternate dates. Stay tuned to future edition of this newsletter or check the calendar on our website. Don't worry! We will make sure to have adequate enrollments for your student to participate! We do have some existing July dates available. Check out the sign up to see if those work for you. Enrollment is for all students in the program, not just marching band.
