The Fair Work Commission points to ‘healthy national economy and labour market’ in making decision to raise minimum wage to $719.20 a week. The popular pop-up ice skating rink will start taking shape in the CBD as the countdown to Ballarat Winter Festival begins. The pop-up ice skating rink will open on 30 June for a two week period over the school holidays, with the final day being 15 July.
