"Earthly Gifts"
A Matter of Perspective

What is round and surrounded by blue and green, and in it you can find every color imaginably conceived?  If you have not guessed already, the answer is the earth!  Look around the area of earth you are inhabiting, and you can quickly see an array of colors defining where you stand.
The interesting thing about seeing the earth in colors is, if I were standing in the same spot you are standing in, I might see a totally different color pallet than you do.  Why is that?  It is all a matter of perspective.  I may have a specific attitude toward the way I regard bold colors, so when I look at nature, my eyes might gravitate toward the bold dark colors.  Whereas; someone else might like light colors, and may gravitate to the soft light ones.   If you also like bold colors, you might like them in different shades or tints that are very different from what I like.  So, no one see the exact same thing.    I find it amazing that each one of us are looking at the same earth, but are seeing it differently.

Each person’s creative expression is as different as the way we see the world.  Explore your creativity by allowing it to come into existence, and then sharing it allows other to see creation through your eyes.  This is what makes being alive fascinating!

"Garden Home"

We call this home
this little plot of land
where we toil
on warm spring days,
you with your young,
and I with the land,
that we may enjoy
the summer's bounty

"Flower Blooms"

Flower blooms come in different colors, shapes and sizes.  They are extremely famous in television shows, movies and art which showcase their beauty.  Books have been written about their structures and how they elicited emotion upon us.  We adorn with them in gardens or inside our homes and they are a source of inspiration for many an artist.
