Monica DiGiovanni | My Wild Beat
Dear friends,

An email was sent out this morning with incorrect links for registration, some of which were opening the weather for some odd reason. The links below are now correct. The series is being hosted in Waterbury Center at the Grange Hall Community Arts Center, not in Montpelier at Embodied.

If you have any questions at all, feel free to email me directly: info@mywildbeat.com

I apologize for the multiple emails!

Warmly, Monica
Week 1 of the Dance with Fire Series Starts Today, June 18!
Week 1: Beginner's Mind

Are you struggling to see a new worldview beyond standards you’ve outgrown? Dive beneath the surface of grouchy moods, dissatisfaction, confusion and frustration by uncovering underlying motivations. This workshop is designed to help practitioners land fully in the “now” by gaining clarity about what’s not working, opening space and energy to light your creative spark. A gentle Hatha asana practice will prepare you to gain a deeper understanding of yogic breathing techniques (pranayama) combined with a study in the anatomy of breathing as well as time for practice. Simple, calming, Mindfulness practices will be introduced as accessible tools that blend seamlessly in day-to-day life. After creating balance in being, a series of writing prompts will help you explore internal blind spots and stuck places. We will explore affirmations as a tool for self-support. Drop away expectation and old habits dragging you down; sense the beauty and grace all around you.
