Teen Changes  at the Library

After 26 years with the Library, Colleen Martin is retiring the end of June. While at the Peru Public Library, Colleen developed the library's teen service - expanding the book collection, adding manga, creating the monthly teen game night, and annual events including - Animinicon, Sci Fic Night, Rock the Library and Open Mic night. We will miss Colleen and wish her happy retirement.

Succeeding Colleen as Teen Librarian is Emily Schaub. Emily joined us in late June, coming from the Utical Public Library District. Stop by to meet and welcome Emily to the Peru Library.
