Now Accepting Letters of Interest and Small Grants Program applications for Fall 2018!

On behalf of the Board of Directors and Staff at The Foundation for a Healthy High Point, I am pleased to announce The Foundation's Fall Grant Cycle, including both Traditional Grant and Small Grants Program opportunities.

Non-Profit organizations serving the Greater High Point area (High Point, Jamestown, Archdale and Trinity) are invited to submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) for the Foundation's Traditional Fall Grant Cycle for a program or project focused on improving the health and wellness of Greater High Point residents that is requesting more than $10,000.

Organizations that are requesting $10,000 or less may apply through the Small Grants Program.

Important Dates

Traditional Grants Program
  • LOIs for the Fall Traditional Cycle submitted through the Foundation's online platform must be received by August 1, 2018 by 3:00 pm. 
  • Organizations invited to submit Traditional applications will be notified in early September. Applications will be due October 1, 2018 by 3:00 pm. Funding decisions will be announced in December. Funded organizations will begin programs in January 2019. 

Small Grant Programs
  • The Foundation will offer two additional opportunities for Small Grants Program funding in the Fall of 2018.
    • 3rd Quarter funding applications are due August 1, 2018 at 3:00 pm. Funding decisions for 3rd Quarter applications will be made in September 2018. Funded organizations will begin programs in October 2018. 
    • 4th Quarter funding applications are due October 1, 2018 at 3:00 pm. Funding decisions for 4th Quarter applications will be made in December 2018. Funded organizations will begin programs in January 2019. 

The online system can be accessed here. Click on "Create New Account" to begin an application if you have not applied to the Foundation previously. Returning applicants will use the same login information they created initially.

Starting an LOI or Creating a New Account
 
After clicking on the link to start an online application, click on the "Create New Account" button if you are a new user. Please make a note of your password to share with colleagues so only one account per organization is created.  This video tutorial will instruct you through the process of creating a new account.

Returning users who have applied for support from the Foundation previously will use the same login information as before.
