I have seen countless women crippling the enjoyment of their own lives because they are stuck in a "grass is greener" mentality. This new study found that most of us believe that other people have more active social lives than we do. But if most people think others are having more fun, who is actually having the fun? My vote is on the people who learn to stop the FOMO, to see social media as a highlight reel and then choose to make the most of their own life.
