Save the Date 2018 JETAA USA National Conference

The conference will be held at the Marriott in the Denver Tech Center. A great thank you to JETAARM for pulling out all the stops and organizing the hotel venue, dining sites, and evening events for this year's conference!
In preparation for JETAA USA National Conference (NatCon) we would like to better understand the status of your chapter. This survey can be filled out by multiple people in your chapter which will help us gain different leaders points of view. We are all passionate about the success of JETAA and everyone prioritizes the efforts differently. Therefore we really want multiple responses from each chapter.
Your name will never be tied to your answers or shared publicly at NatCon. If you share your name a Country Rep might contact you regarding your interest in presenting or to better understand your answer.
National Conference Details:
We invite two delegates from each JETAA Chapter to attend. Typically chapters send the President and Treasurer, however it is the discretion of the individual chapter on who will attend. We recommend sending delegates that will be continuing as leaders and play active roles with your chapter in 2018 / 2019 (and beyond!) and possibly a leader who has not attended a NatCon in the past. We will ask in late July to share who will be attending from your chapter.
(all times are tentative) Thursday 9/13: Welcome Reception at 6pm hosted by USJETAA (Optional) Friday 9/14: Conference8am - 6pm & Evening Reception hosted by Consul General Saturday 9/15: Conference8am - 6pm & Evening Reception hosted by CLAIR Sunday 9/16: Conference8am to 12pm, followed by optional local activities
