August is the best month to buy air conditioners, back-to-school supplies, dehumidifiers, outdoor furniture, and (yikes!) snowblowers – but what kind should you buy? Let Consumer Reports help you with all of your major purchases. CR presents articles on cars, health, home appliances, and electronics, as well as information about public safety. Free online access is provided for all Erie County and Crawford County cardholders.
