An Introduction to Integrative Breathing
Please bring a mat, pillow, light blanket, and eye cover for your comfort, since we will be laying on the floor and breathing. Some mats will be available.
RSVP IS KINDLY REQUESTED so we know how many people to expect. Space is rather tight at the center, and about up to 20 people can fit on the floor. RSVP to cemyers77@earthlink.net
Integrative Breathing is a potent, safe, and natural healing process using breath expansion and focused awareness to invite physical, emotional, mental and spiritual transformation.
It teaches and guides us toward our essential capacity to experience life as pregnant with possibility, a rebirth into life and love.
We will briefly discuss the history, physiology and benefits of breathwork. After learning the elements of Integrative Breathing, participants will engage in a guided breathwork session facilitated and supported by an experienced team of breathwork practitioners.
Integrative Breathing supports...
changing longstanding patterns of self limitation
increasing self awareness and self esteem
reducing anxiety and tension in the body
increasing capacity for energy, healing trauma from infancy to the present promoting health and vitality connecting more deeply with spiritual experience opening the heart towards oneself and others.
