Hello Farm Friends,
We want to remind you that both of our farm stands, Post Mills and Norwich, are open 9AM-6PM every day, all summer long, including July 4th!!
On these hot days, when all you can fathom to eat is salad and fresh veggies, we've got you covered! Check out the produce availability list of below.
Our beloved Big Beef Tomatoes, as well as our first-of-the-season heirloom tomatoes, make an easy caprese salad - it's so simple, just slice them up with our basil and local mozzarella!
Then for a traditional holiday side dish, how about peas and new potatoes? We're harvesting plenty of both, including red, white and blue varieties of potatoes! And lastly, we're still picking berries, extra sweet ones in fact - perfect for snacking or your celebratory shortcakes!
