The state advisors for TN Career & Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) are reviewing the event offerings, leadership development opportunities, and resources made available to students and advisors throughout the year. Your feedback and input are important as we plan for the 2018-19 school year. Please complete the CTSO advisor feedback survey.

FBLA Fall Leadership at Camp Widji

The Tennessee DECA and Tennessee FBLA state officer teams are planning a fun weekend of leadership development and team building activities for your local chapter officers and members like never before!
 
Date: Sept. 6-9, 2018
Location: Camp Widjiwagan

Advisor PD: Sessions by career cluster program managers will be available!
Registration Fee: $175.00 per person 
(includes lodging for three nights, camp activities, and meals from dinner on Thursday through breakfast Friday morning)
Registration Window: Aug. 1-25, 2018
(Registration will close on Aug. 25 at 5 p.m. CDT.)
Payment Information: All payments are due by Friday, Aug. 31.
Checks should be made payable to Tennessee FBLA.
Please include a copy of the invoice with your chapter’s check, along with FBLA-3000 in the check’s memo line.

CTSO Fall Leadership Conferences

Mark your calendars for the 2018 Fall Leadership Conferences, and make plans to attend your regional Fall Leadership Conference this September.
  • Sept. 24: Middle Tennessee FLC - Wilson County Exposition Center, 945 E Baddour Pkwy, Lebanon, TN 37087 
  • Sept. 26: West Tennessee FLC - Cook Convention Center, Cannon Center 255 N Main St, Memphis, TN 38103
  • Sept. 28: East Tennessee FLC - Knoxville Convention Center, 701 Henley St, Knoxville, TN 37902

Institute for CTE Educators Registration

Registration for the 2018 Institute for CTE Educators is still open. Sessions, workshops and industry tours are available to all CTE educators July 9-13. Most CTE sessions will be offered on July 10-11, industry tours will be offered on July 12, and workshops will be available on July 12-13. For additional information, please refer to the general agenda.
 
The Institute for CTE Educators will be held at the Music City Center in Nashville and is free to participants. Register now to guarantee your spot!
