The University of Nicosia Medical School and the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center sign a clinical training agreement allowing MBBS students to undertake their clinical training in the US. This opportunity is available to students of all nationalities, subject to their ability to secure a visa.

Phase 1 of Pap tests a success
Last February the Mobile Clinic in collaboration with Business Professional Women Cyprus embarked upon a cervical screening programme for some of the remote areas of the country. Phase one ended on 30 June and so far 300 women have been examined for free.
