Call To Action:
The VEC has rejected our party registration application, but the fight is not over and we need your help! We have an upcoming appeals process to assert our right to run in this election and give you the chance for democratic change. While the associated costs are undoubtedly worth it, we are a donation and volunteer run movement. We need you to help the team by:

1) Returning the response forms sent out to members via email and post to the VEC. Ignore the date on the form, these MUST be sent back. Every one counts!

2) Please consider making a donation to the party via our website https://voteflux.org/donate/ and make sure you choose Flux Vic branch. Donations up to $1500 are tax deductible - Donate before the 30th June!

Thanks for being part of the movement and helping with the fight to bring real democracy to our parliamentary system.

 

The Flux Party have hit a hurdle and if you've made it this far, you already know the bad news. The VEC have rejected our application to register as a political party as they didn't receive enough of the confirmation forms back from the Flux membership.

 

However, the party leadership team believes that independent of the responses to the VEC, the Flux Party does fulfill the requirements of a valid party and will be commencing an action in VCAT shortly in order to make this argument. We are confident that our arguments are sound in respect of our party registration application, however legal challenges such as these are never certain as to the result.
