What a weekend!
In a jam-packed weekend of events we were thrilled to welcome so many alumni back to College to enjoy good company along with food, drink and sunshine! On Friday evening we welcomed our 1968 alumni back to dine to celebrate the 50th anniversary of matriculation; on Saturday night it was the Reunion Dinner for our 2005 to 2009 year groups; and Sunday we thanked our supporters with Pimm's, afternoon tea, jazz, talks, tours and croquet at our second Donor Garden Party (photos will follow online).
A big thank you to all those who came to visit, we do hope to welcome you back again soon!

Coming soon: our new alumni networking portal
Churchill Connect will allow registered members to create groups and share memories, news, photos and events as well as offer a searchable directory, to help you reconnect with alumni that you might have lost touch with, or make new connections – for example, if you relocate or are travelling. Alumni will also be able to flag up to student members if they are happy to offer mentoring or other careers advice.

As ever, we were sad to say goodbye to our graduating students at our garden party on 30 June, but wish them all the best in their forthcoming adventures! We do hope they will keep in touch with College via our social media channels and website, and especially through this E-bulletin. Non-subscribers can sign up using this form, so do let anyone know who might be interested and is not subscribed.

However, many of those who were keen to attend said they still are! So we will go ahead and all are welcome to join us from 6pm to escape the game, or for pre-match refreshment. The first drink is on us for anyone there by 6.30pm!

Churchill's Shakespeare
16 October
Winston Churchill was a lifelong admirer of Shakespeare, whose work shaped his writing and ideas. Cambridge in America will take bookings for the event and we will notify alumni when their system is live.
