With just 2 weeks to go to our endurance challenge - the 14 hour Night and Day event - is almost upon us. This challenge, attainable by all abilities, will be held at Bentley Copse Camp Site on Saturday/Sunday 14/15 July, and will be packed full of adventure activities.
There are very few opportunities in the UK for Adventure Racers to test their skills and fitness levels in an endurance event of this nature, so do come and give it a go. Everyone who has taken part in the last two years will tell you that it's a great event and suitable for all abilities due to the scoring nature of the event. It's true that the winning individual or team will travel a much greater distance than those who are looking to just complete the Challenge over the 14 hours, but people of all abilities will be able to take part in all the different elements within the 14 hours.

The event is a real Adventure Race, comprising several disciplines, including: off road running; mountain biking; stand-up paddle boarding; archery; climbing wall; and a giant cave maze. You can expect to cover anything between 80k and 140k during the 14 hours. The race will finish with a hot breakfast/brunch.
The Online Entry Fee is £105.00 per person, which includes a breakfast at the finish. Enter as a Solo or in Pairs. On the Day entry will be available at a cost of £120.00 per person.

Last year's event (Tri-Adventure's third) was very well received, and we plan to make this year's challenge 2 hours longer and even more enjoyable.
The forecast is still a little too early to predict, but the weather has been nice and warm recently. However, this is, after all, a night/morning event, so do make sure you come well prepared for any weather conditions and to race in the dark! See the kit list here.
Registration will be open from 20:30, Here, you will be handed your maps, information booklet, and timing dibber. Transition will be set up outside, near the car park. The race will start by the transition at 22.00. Remember a pen to mark up your maps!
Train. The nearest train station is Gomshall, 3.1 miles North East of the event venue (18 minutes by bike). The main railway station is at Guildford, 7.7 miles North West of the event venue. Do check that there are no rail replacements on your journey.
