Properties listed across Perth is down to 14,153. Listings for houses down by 1% whilst vacant land up by 1%, and units remained stable. The total number of listings are still 3% HIGHER compared to the same time last year.
Total properties available are stable at 8301. This 23% lower than the same time last year. The vacancy rate has eased to 5.0% down from a peak of 7.0% in mid-2017.
