Summer Break Is upon Us
Last week, our spring program for 2018 drew its conclusion with two exciting workshop days at Solvay in Brussels.
During the first day, we gained interesting insights and lessons learned on anticipating the future, and learning from the market and from data to deliver differentiated solutions and services. One of the speakers, Aarhus University's René Rohrbeck, unpacked the paradox that innovation agility and superior firm performance is built on continuous deep thinking and foresight. After the workshop, we asked him to convey his key takeaways from the event day. Hear what he had to say HERE.

During the second day, we looked into digital transformation approaches and success factors, taking a customer-centric approach to digital value creation. Boston University's Venkat Venkatraman spoke about the roadmap for digital transformation where leaders must defend their core business while designing the new. Just like René, he was kind enough to chip in with his thoughts on the workshop!
