Emerging Legal Issues: LULAC v. EAA 

On June 18, 2018, Judge Orlando Garcia of the Western District of Texas granted the EAA’s motion for summary judgment and denied Plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment, finding that the EAA is not subject to one person, one vote and that the directors’ districts have a rational basis.

GCD Audit Report 

The Texas State Auditor's Office conducted an audit on five GCDs, reviewing their achievement of selected groundwater management plan goals and compliance with selected statutory requirements. View the report here.
