Help for the victims of hunger in the Horn of Africa

Terre des hommes is bringing help to the victims of the worst drought in 60 years in the Horn of Africa. Already present with its Terre des hommes network in the Turkana region of northern Kenya, Tdh is now setting up food assistance for the communities in the grip of this acute crisis. A specialised team will soon be going to the country to organise its nutrition and child protection activities with other humanitarian parties. It will bring essential vital goods to the victims there.

Terre des hommes needs a first sum of CHF 450,000. Terre des hommes will concentrate its activities in northern and eastern Kenya, where famine threatens 2.5 million residents and the refugees who walked there from Somalia.
