New Look Web Site

After tweaking, refining and improving, and listening to customer feedback we have relaunched our web presence with a new look and feel site.

New Web SiteWe split our three core service areas; Business, School and Home IT users, so from the home page you can click straight into the area of the site that is relevant to you. The site has a lighter and brighter feel, and the navigation should be much more intuitive, which means you get to where you want quicker and easier.

Aspect Gets Social

Facebook, Twitter, BlogOur new look site also has links to our social media pages. Facebook, Twitter and Blogs are not just for IT geeks! More and more businesses are using social media to connect with and listen to their customers.

We will be posting, tweeting and blogging about the latest developments at Aspect and in the IT world, our favourite bits of tech, and general tips and tricks.

Please click the links on our homepage and follow us if you are on Twitter or Like us on Facebook so we can share our news, read yours, and generally be social with you via social media.

Personnel Changes

There have been a few personnel changes at Aspect IT.  Dean Walsh has now left Aspect and Dan Garner’s official leaving date is 2 September, he is on holiday until then.  We wish them both well.

Therefore we have some new faces to introduce and possibly more in the near future:

James Keating is the first to join the team on 31 August as an IT Support Technician.  James is a BA (Hons) graduate and is leaving his current role as the Network Manager at Urmston Grammar school.  He has a wealth of IT experience and was supporting over 500 PC’s at the school.

Ben Humphries is joining us on 12 September as an IT Support Technician.  Ben is a BSc graduate and has over 7 years’ experience in the IT industry.  He has an excellent skills set through providing IT support to businesses and primary schools.   Ben is also a keen musician so be sure to ask him about his band.

Bradley Roberts joined us in July through a Microsoft apprenticeship scheme.  He is with us until 5 November and is working on the helpdesk team providing front-line support.  Bradley has a good working knowledge of IT and has excellent troubleshooting abilities.

Once James and Ben have settled in we will visit all our IT support customers to introduce them formally.  We know you will make them feel welcome and if you have any questions then don’t hesitate to contact us.
