We all know the typical ways to network: by attending industry mixers, business dinners, and conferences. But of course, none of those have been possible over the past few months. Networking is an essential skill in building up your relationships; however, in this unique time, there are several other strategies you can use to create connections.

I have attached a link to our Calendly Scheduling app; you must have a reservation to workout, along with our virtual training private Facebook group and Instagram page. We will be posting 2-3 classes per day for you to follow along, or do on your own schedule. We are open to requests based on the equipment you have or do not have!
