Hello members! Please review the following attachments for information before your first workout back. I have attached a link to our Calendly Scheduling app; you must have a reservation to workout, along with our virtual training private Facebook group and Instagram page. We will be posting 2-3 classes per day for you to follow along, or do on your own schedule. We are open to requests based on the equipment you have or do not have!
