At this point, if you’re like many people out there, you may have already reached your maximum “Zoompacity.” We made that word up but, you know what we’re talking about. 

But, I promise, if you join us for a special training and networking opportunity for voting rights advocates on July 29th, we will not make you listen to three hours of talking heads. Instead, you can expect a hands-on experience, including simulated scenario training and small-group interactive breakout sessions.

We’ve invited only a limited number of advocates from the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions to participate to ensure these discussions are close-knit and relevant to your area. We’ll do similar training sessions for the Midwest/Northeast and Southwest/West in coming weeks, but this moment is yours.

This workshop is designed to drill core media skills needed for 
 

• Rapid response and crisis communications;
• Engaging journalists and editorial boards in the run-up to the election;
• Building relationships with ethnic media, and,
• Developing state-based social media strategies.
