Celebrating 35 years of SNAP®
CDI is proud to be marking SNAP's 35th anniversary this year - a significant milestone achieved through relentless passion, commitment, innovation and research.

Changing the lives of thousands of children, youth and families, SNAP began as a local community program in Toronto, co-developed by Leena K. Augimeri, PhD, in 1985.

Today, SNAP has grown into a nationally recognized, award-winning early intervention model and is currently expanding across Canada to help even more children and families in need. To our supporters, we thank you for being an essential part of SNAP's success!
