POAA Gives Meaning to the Motto: "In Business For Yourself, Not By Yourself."
THIS IS LONDON CALLING
“London Calling” was a monthly magazine that contained program listings for BBC shortwave radio broadcasts from 1939 until 2004, similar to "T.V. Guide" (which has been published bi-weekly in the U.S. since 1953). “This is London calling...” was the BBC station identification phrase that would be delivered as the opening for news reports during WWII. London Calling news reports were a communications lifeline to people in occupied Europe who worried about their very survival throughout one of the darkest periods of human history. LISTEN! THIS IS POAA CALLING
This is POAA calling to alert our associates, the heroic owners serving on the front lines trying to satisfy demand for PF consumer packaged baked goods within their exclusive territories, that TeamPOAA leaders will be calling to ask a few questions over the phone rather than through a survey. Please answer the call, and ask us as many questions as you want. TIP OF THE WEEK
PF's Mobile Transformation initiative involves more than just a mandate that owners invest in expensive new inventory control devices just a few years after Operation Impact, which was a very expensive fiasco for most owners - PF is also developing a new inventory control application to operate on the new equipment. Ask PF to identify the new features or functionality that will benefit your business. Then, you can determine whether the new benefits offer a compelling value proposition that justifies the procurement and operational costs of the new equipment.
Please also let us know if you, or any owner you know, is working with PF to develop the new application and test the new equipment.
The opinions and beliefs expressed in this newsletter are intended only to spark discussions about serious and ongoing business issues that impact every owner in PF’s distribution network. If you need or want legal advice, you must consult with your attorney.
