I hope you are having a wonderful summer!
It has been strange for me not only due to the coronavirus constraints, but also because my 95 year old mother is now in my care. She has advanced dementia; I half jokingly say she is 95 going on 2. She can dress herself most of the time, she is continent! and she is able to walk with assistance. But she asks the same questions over and over; she not only does not recognize me as her daughter, she can't remember my name. She sleeps a lot, but in snatches, even at night...so my life seems upside down. I am able to work in bits and pieces, you will see what I've been up to below.
I'm participating in the first ever virtual Craft Fair of the Southern Highlands. They used my image, circled, in their ad! The Fair is online thru Sunday the 19th. My work, however, is up all the time in my Gallery page.
Well, maybe not new & different, but back in stock next week, finally! I added some into the inventory, so you can order now and I'll ship when they arrive.
NEW TECHNIQUES:
I'm playing again with blended drafts, after a 26 year hiatus. I'm currently weaving overshot on a twill base. See more on my Blog.
