Exhibitions on now

From the 17th century to the future, your AGA has something for everyone! See In Golden Light's glorious gilded Christian Orthodox icons then step into imagined futures in Nests for the End of the World. Marvel at works from 17th century Holland in Rembrandt Emerges, contemplate the rise and fall of baby boomers in Roy Caussy: The King is Dead... and take in a selection of recent AGA collection acquisitions in Re:Calculations. Make sure to check out the large-scale installations by Damian Moppett and Halie Finney in our atrium and Manning Hall!

🎼 Edmonton Symphony Orchestra at the AGA 🎼

Our summer series with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra continues! Join us every Thursday and Saturday to enjoy these mini-concerts. Best of all, they are included with your membership or AGA admission so be sure to come early to explore our exhibitions and finish your day by enjoying a performance from the ESO.

To help us manage capacities and keep everyone safe, pre-booking is required here.

If you would like to support the ESO, the musicians will be accepting donations onsite and every little bit helps. Online donations, and donations by cheque, will be eligible for a tax receipt. Thank you so much for your generosity!

July 23 and 25: Eine Kleine Nachtmusik and Terzetto

The Edmonton Symphony Orchestra presents a chamber music performance of Mozart’s “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik” and Dvorak’s “Terzetto” at the Art Gallery of Alberta with Dianne New and Joanna Ciapka-Sangster (violins), Rhonda Henshaw (viola), Derek Gomez (cello) and Janice Quinn (bass).
