  • Ghost kitchen operator Butler Hospitality has secured $15 million Series A to provide better in-room hotel experiences. The Kraft Group, &vest, Scopus Ventures and Mousse Partners all participated. 
  • Sundae a residential real estate marketplace that pairs sellers of distressed property with potential buyers, has raised $16.55 million in Series A funding. QED Investors led the round.
  • BotsAndUs, a London-based startup that provides “full-stack robot systems for public spaces,” has closed a $6 million equity funding round led by Kindred Capital and Capnamic Ventures.
  • Unlatch, a French pioneer in digital real estate sales, has announced raising €5.2 million in a round led by AXA Venture Partners. 
  • Nomad Homes, a digital platform that uses technology to help people in Europe and the Middle East buy and finance homes more easily, has raised a $4 million seed round led by Comcast Ventures.
  • K4Connect, a startup focused on bringing new technologies to older adults and those living with disabilities, has closed on $21 million in Series B funding.
