Hi all,

We are still in the studio and ready to help with all your Physio and Pilates needs! We have sessions running Monday - Saturday both in person in the studio and on Zoom!

From the 3rd of August, some of our fees will be increased. The changes are highlighted below.

Tai Chi - Two for $44

Edric is running Tai Chi sessions at 10:30 am Wednesdays! The sessions are on Zoom and can be joined from your own home! Our instructor Edric is a highly experienced and talented instructor of the Tai Chi practice. Beginners are most welcome!
For the remainder of July, we are running a special of two sessions for only $44! Phone the studio on 9518 5009 to secure a spot!
