Fall Learning Days Library Update!
Join Library staff on Monday, August 24th at either the 2:30 or 6:00 break out session to learn what services will be available this fall. Here are some details:
- Virtual Services:
Chat Reference, email, Book-A-Librarian, electronic resources and tutorials will continue to be available through the Library website!
- Library Space open by Appointment Only
The Library will open the week of August 24th! Students will need to make an appointment to visit the Library to check out material and use a study table or computer. Information about hours and scheduling will be available soon!
- Course Reserves and Circulating Books
Reserve material, including calculators, kits, textbooks and anatomy models and circulating books will be available to checkout by appointment. Material quarantine will be implemented for returned circulating items. Items used in the Library will be disinfected.
- Video Streaming Services
We recently added Kanopy and AVON video streaming services. AVON includes unlimited access to all videos on its platform. Kanopy is limited to 50 titles per year for the entire college. More information about these services is forthcoming! Questions: michelepratt@delta.edu

New eBooks Virtual Book Display
Library staff have been focusing on growing our eBook collection. New eBooks will be update on our New eBook Virtual Book Display! These are single purchase titles available in addition to the almost 200,000 eBooks available through our EBSCO eBook databases. Do some browsing today!
