The North Central Accountable Community of Health (NCACH) is accepting applications from partners who are interested in implementing projects under the Medicaid Transformation to Address the Opioid Use Public Health Crisis in one or more of the following counties: Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan Counties.
This funding opportunity is open to community partners located in Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan Counties who are interested in Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) prevention, treatment, overdose prevention, and recovery support services, especially to low-income populations.
Individual award amounts will vary based on the scope of proposed project but will generally range from $2,500 - $10,000. NCACH is seeking responses from a broad range of partners from throughout the region, including but not limited to community-based organizations, social service agencies, educational institutions, law enforcement agencies, and clinical partners.
To date, NCACH has awarded $252,188.43 to fund 28 projects, including medication take-back boxes, naloxone take-home kits and education, an opioid resources texting platform hosted by WA-211, and much more.
