CCRx seeks our first "official" Creative Reuse Center Operations Manager, who can help lead CCRx as we provide materials and inspiration to Chicago teachers, nonprofits, artists and community groups.
We are also looking for an Administrative Intern to help with daily tasks.

CCRx Art Kits for 3,000+ Chicago Park District Campers
This summer, CCRx collaborated with Chicago Park District staff to design and assemble an array of creative reuse "Art Kits" that were distributed to 3,000 summer campers. Using materials donated to our warehouse, the 8 different kits -- Imagination Journals, Zero Waste Weaving, Recyclo-Pouches, Shape Robots and more -- appealed to a range of ages and interests, and encouraged the use of found materials. We thank our volunteers for their great work + hope to create additional kits this fall for teachers and their students. Read More.

Parking Lot Pickup: This Saturday, September 5 from 10am - 4pm, come pick from a variety of office desks, work tables, office chairs and more available for very low prices to Chicago teachers and nonprofits. Office + Desk Chairs ($5-20) and Work Tables ($30). See examples here.

Mail In Voting Information All Illinoisans have the option to vote by mail prior to Election Day. Voters can request a vote by mail ballot through the mail or in person. All requests by mail must be received by your local Election Authority by October 29. All in-person early voting requests must be made by November 2. Click here for more information.
