My new project

The new newsletter is just three sections:
1. a fresh new reported essay from me about some American food I love, every single month.
2. a guest essay or short story from a new or emerging, underrepresented voice. This writer will be paid.
3. the standard where I'm appearing, and where else to find me.
Items 2 and 3 will always be available. Item 1 is a paid option.
