Level Up! Your Week

Create your own adventure.

Did you know that you can make up your own activities for the Level Up! game card? If you want to read six books this summer, you can! If you want to paint, do something nice for a friend, play some new video games, go for a lot of walks...you can!

Kirsten loves to read, so she is totally going to read six books this summer. Want even more ideas for what you can do to complete your game card? Check out our Resources for Teens page.

(Interested in the book she is reading in the photo? Find it here.)

This List is On Fire (Because Dragons!)

This week’s featured Book Ballots title, Fireborne, is an exciting tale involving dragons. We’ve made a list of more books that feature our favorite fire-breathing monsters, but if you want even more check out this list from Book Riot.

Rebelwing by Andrea Tang

Smuggler Prudence’s whole life gets turned upside down when she is rescued from enforcers by a cybernetic dragon.

House of Dragons by Jessica Cluess

The throne is filled by the royal house whose champion wins the Trial. Normally, those who train for years are sent to compete, but this time it’s outcasts who will answer the Call.

Tess of the Road by Rachel Hartman

When Tess’s family tries to have her become a nun for something she’s done in the past, she cuts her hair and sets out on the road to find somewhere she can truly belong.
