We're pleased to announce that the candidate selection process for the IAABC Board of Directors 2020 cycle has been completed, and our slate includes:
- Lina Eklof
- Tabitha Kucera
- Beverly McKee
I'll be sending out "Meet Your Candidate" postings shortly, so you can read their bios and learn a bit more about them.
In the meantime, we're beginning our member Q&A, during which questions from the membership will be directed to the candidates for them to address. In this way, you'll be able to get direct feedback from each candidate about issues that are important to you.
In previous years, we've conducted our Q&A using the groups.io and FaceBook groups, but this year we're going to use a format we hope will be easier to follow and provide a better user experience, as well as making each candidate more relatable to you.
Each candidate will participate in a town hall style meeting, during which a host/moderator will present the candidate with a series of questions submitted by the membership. The town hall meetings are open to all members as observers, and you'll also be able to contribute follow up questions via the online chat. All three town halls will be recorded and made available to you for viewing throughout the election cycle to help you make your most informed choice.
