Minutes of the last AGM. These were signed as a true record, with a correction of the date in appendix I from 20178 to 2018
Conflict of interests. There was none
Membership report
The membership has increased over the last year and now stands at 50+. John sends out a personal letter to all members twice a year.
Treasurer’s report. The report is attached. Its acceptance was proposed by Margaret and seconded by Stella.
Chairman’s Report. The report is attached. On the advice of the Worshipful company of glaziers, Aurio will be asked to repair the windows as being more in sympathy with the needs of the restoration and considerably less costly. John had been very busy liaising with a great number of people to make them aware of our activities and to keep the income coming in.
The report was unanimously accepted after being proposed by Stella and seconded by Jane.
John was thanked for all his hard work on behalf of the Friends.
Trustees' reports
Ray Adams has resigned as trustee. He was thanked for his support during his years as trustee.The current trustees (John, Geoff, Stella, Arthur, Roy, Oliver and Ank) were all willing to stand for re-election and were re-elected en bloc. In addition Jane Bays was elected, proposed by John, seconded by Ank and carried unanimously. Margaret reported that the two banners (Rock of St Peter and Blessed Sacrament) are with the conservator.
Election of Assistant treasurer
Jane has been working for some time with Geoff, doing the practical, day-to-day banking and paying of cheques. She has extensive knowledge and experience of matters financial is willing to stand as assistant treasurer, and was unanimously elected as such, proposed by Stella, seconded by Philip.

It is hoped that the very popular Thursday morning lecture series will continue next year. A new co-ordinator is needed

- Dr John F. Mueller, Chair of Trustees, will retire as a Trustee and as Chair of Trustees at the end of the Annual General Meeting covering the year 2019.
- Dr Mueller will propose the appointment of Miss Emma Wragg as a Trustee.
- Notice is given that Dr Mueller will propose the election of Miss Wragg as Chair of Trustees.
