You are invited to the Library's Fairy-tale Ball Dance Party on Zoom! The party will take place at 2 pm - 2:30 pm on July 25th. We are also providing party supplies that you may pick up from the Library June 20th - 24th. 
As we enter Phase 2 of re-opening, we are now opening on Monday and Thursday evenings! Our open-to-the-public hours on Monday and Thursday are 2 pm - 7 pm. 

This is the last week to participate in Summer Reading!


Summer Reading began June 1st, and the last day to submit reading logs will be Saturday, July 25th

This week (July 19th - July 25th) is the last week for Summer Reading, and it's the last week to pick up prizes.  If you haven't had a chance to pick up any of your prizes yet, there's still time.

You can easily report your reading challenge goals online using the entry forms posted here each week.  You may also pick up a paper log at the Library or download one for younger readers to keep track of reading hours before submitting online.  Meet your weekly reading goals to earn entries for weekly gift card drawings and the grand prizes!

PRIZES!

With Summer Reading comes many opportunities to win prizes! Meet your weekly reading goals to earn entries for weekly gift card drawings, prize pickups, and the grand prizes! 

WEEKLY READING GOALS: 

  • Early Literacy (ages 0-3) = 2 hours each week
  • Children (ages 4-12) = 3 hours each week
  • Teens (ages 13-18) = 5 hours each week
  • Adults (18+) = 1 hour each week

Weekly Gift Card Drawings

Each week that you complete your Summer Reading goals by filling out the Google Form above, you will be entered into a drawing for a gift card. Below are this week's gift card prizes.

Week 8 Prizes: 

  • Early Literacy (0-3): One winner - $10 Walmart Gift Card
  • Children (4-12): Five winners - $10 Jason's Deli Gift Cards
  • Teens (13-18): Three winners - $10 Scooter's Gift Cards
  • Adults (18+): One winner - $10 Scooter's Gift Card

Pickup Prizes

If you meet your weekly reading goals, we will also have times throughout the Summer that you can pick up prizes, pictured above bottom left and bottom right. We will contact you by email when these prizes are available to pick up!  If you haven't picked up your prizes, stop by the Library.  

Grand Prizes

Each week that you meet your reading goal and fill out the Google form, you will earn an entry for the grand prizes.

Adults, we have some AMAZING titles picked out for you to read this Summer and ways for you to earn extra entries for the Kindle Fire grand prize! We will share a book trailer with some information about the book and an opportunity to discuss what you think of the book! If you comment and answer the discussion question, you will earn an extra entry for the Kindle Fire! Reading the book before these videos are posted is not required. Here is the schedule:
