One of our beloved congregants, Dorothy Smith, passed away this morning, July 16th, at Harmar Village Care Center. I had the opportunity to visit Dorothy and her family over the past week as she entered into hospice care, and was surrounded by her family in her passing. Dorothy and her late husband Charles were both active members of Faith UMC for many years.
Visitation will be on Friday, July 17 from 4-8pm at the Thomas M. Smith Funeral Home, 930 Center Ave., Blawnox, PA 15238. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, July 18th at 10am at Deer Creek Cemetery. A complete obituary is available here:
