The NWCG Fire and COVID-19 Briefing Checklist Decal is now available from the NFES Catalog as NFES 002646 in packages of 100 for $4.52.

Placement is recommended on page 120 of the 2018 Incident Response Pocket Guide (IRPG), PMS 461, opposite the existing Briefing Checklist. The decal should be used to supplement your fire and operational briefings to encourage open and honest discussion to help protect yourself, your crew, and your camp.

COVID-19 Prevention and Management During Wildland Fire Operations

Our mission is to provide national leadership to enable interoperable wildland fire operations among federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial partners. NWCG operations standards are interagency by design; they are developed with the intent of universal adoption by the member agencies. However, the decision to adopt and utilize them is made independently by the individual member agencies and communicated through their respective directives systems.
