Hello <<First Name>>

Hope you are all keeping safe & following Government guidelines to protect each other at the present time. It's so very important that we are looking after ourselves and observing self-care.  Here is an excellent list and info from Mind about wellbeing during Coronavirus.

Basis of Self-Care
Following from self-care tips published here few weeks ago, we have an excellent info sheet on how to promote self-care awareness, lifestyle and food consumption to feel better. Alex Laird, director of ‘Living Medicine’ and medical herbalist is sharing her knowledge with us, reminding us that small changes can make a big difference.

Re-purposing old clothes
For those of you who do not shy away from a challenge, there is an excellent tutorial in how to make a reusable produce bag from an old T-shirt. It requires very little sewing which can be done by hand if you don’t have a sewing machine. Give it a go!
