Central Wellness - A space for yoga and holistic health

Each time I teach a zoom class there is the little bit of anxiety of the unknown, whether it will go smoothly, kids off the internet and quiet, sound and lighting check....and then I see everyone logging on, smiling and checking in.  It really has been truly so heart warming to be able to continue our classes and each time after class I give little prayer of thanks to modern technology, keeping our community together!
Behind the smiles though I feel we are all dealing with many complex and changing emotions at this time, from it will all be ok to feeling ourselves spiralling down. 
The core to resilience is moment to moment awareness, being kind and compassionate to ones self in challenging times.  Movement, breath and mindfulness practices all strengthen our mind body skill set to recognise and catch ourselves before we spiral too far down. 

So take a pause for a moment.....how are you?
Bring your attention to your body, how does it feel?
Soften your gaze or close your eyes, notice how your breath is?
Feel the movement of breath in your body, the quality of the breath, the sensations of just taking one breath in and one breath out.
As you gently invite the attention to the present moment, again ask yourself "How am I?"
There is no right or wrong answer, just observe what arises.  Keep coming back to this embodied check in again and again. 

I really hope all our classes are supporting you at this time to keep moving, strengthen your mind body skill set and focus towards positivity.  Our full schedule is below with a great variety of classes, including Kids yoga, Kundalini and short lunchtime yoga classes.

You can book any digital studio class as you normally would through our our normal mindbody app with all online classes as donation from £2 upwards.  There is also an option to have an unlimited monthly class pass of £40, which includes any of our online classes. 
Zoom Classes -
1.Register as normal through our mindbody app  and you will receive your normal mindbody confirmation email.   This will not contain your zoom link.
2. All classes are donation based pricing from £2 upwards  - do not be without your yoga at this time and  contact me directly to book in if needed
3.You will receive your zoom link by email 15mins before the class starts.free.
