I love working out
There. I said it. It makes me happy, confident and puts my anxiety at bay (which is just a tad elevated these days).
But there are days that I hate working out. I can't find the time, I'm too tired, or I just don't feel like it.
And right now, finding a new workout routine with a schedule that is flipped upside down can be challenging... What schedule? What day is it?
So I'm doing this challenge that creates accountability and takes the guesswork out of "what should I do for my workout?".
I challenge you to move your body every day. It can be a simple stretching routine, going out for a walk, or busting out a HIIT routine that leaves you in a puddle of sweat. Choose movement that suits your needs and brings you joy.
