Freedthinkers, like every other organization, was caught in the moment of Covid-19 reality. In an instance, we could not do what we usually do, in our usual ways. And we are quite used to remote working, with our clients and with one another.
We panicked and then paused, quickly realizing that a. we could not dive in with ideas and b. we had to allow ourselves the gift of a little time to start figuring out what we were dealing with and how we could work.
We came together on Zoom. We found ourselves in many different and revealing conversations. And over time, a short amount of time, we began to consider what this period of rapid adaptation and change is about, in reality.
We were crossing a threshold, perhaps one of many.
We soon saw that thresholds create the potential to design new roads that can take us anywhere… they open up choice, potential and invention. It’s happening all around us. We are challenging ourselves to look at everything with Fresh Eyes.
We would like to share our thinking with you, and be thinking and learning partners on the many thresholds we are all crossing into new, or next, realities.
