What's New..!?
How about we start with some good news?... What's new: warm, spring-like weather in Montana, buds on the trees and grass is turning green; the occasional, short-lived snow storm (not really that new--it's Montana, after all), and, a booking for a late-June river float trip (as of this morning...yay)!
Still in the midst of the shelter-in-place orders and other closures for Montana, I have created a new web page specifically for COVID-19 updates and travel with MTAS. The new page can be found here: https://www.mtshuttle.com/covid-19-updates...
Did you know?
During a federal emergency only, MTAS can provide additional services related to the emergency, that the company is otherwise not certified or authorized to provide? For example, during this pandemic crisis, which was deemed a federal emergency by the US government, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), through which MTAS has received its passenger transport certificates, allows MTAS to provide the following additional delivery services:
-
Supplies and equipment necessary for community safety, sanitation, and prevention of community transmission of COVID-19 such as masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, soap and disinfectants.
More examples of the additional services MTAS can provide during a federal emergency can be found on the new COVID-19 UPDATES page.
Coming Soon...But not too soon?
Even as we speak, our governor is meeting with his "team" to formulate a 'reopening plan' for Montana and its businesses. While at the same time many businesses are closed or have diverted from their usual strategies, Montana continues to be a state that sees low numbers of confirmed COVID cases, compared to many other more populated states. We remain cautious, as do other states and as we should be... We want you here, but safe, and safety for Montanans as well. So what should we expect from now on? That is still to be determined...as am I--determined to weather this storm, so I can continue to greet my beloved passengers, and visitors to Montana!
As I requested in the previous newsletter, please take care of yourselves, and try to stay optimistic! I continue to be available for trip planning assistance, to help build your dream vacation in Montana, or, just to connect with if you feel like chatting about travel or all things Montana! Let me know how you're doing! Stay connected, any safe way you can--to me, to your friends and loved ones, etc.
Thank you for your continued support, and...

Optimism: Another Feature of MTAS
"Gifts to GO!" -- Gift certificates for Adventures with The Shuttle...
They have been available on the website for quite some time, but now is the perfect time to purchase a "Gift to Go!" on the MTAS website!
Montana Adventure Shuttle gift certificates are great symbols of optimism, in these trying times.
We are all looking forward to traveling again; and many of us will have missed out on birthday parties and gift-giving, corporate get-togethers, family reunions, and more... You can remind people, however, that better times are coming, and they will have a fun adventure or basic shuttle trip waiting for them when the time is right!
From Adventure Tours, to basic point-to-point shuttles, to event shuttling, "Gifts to Go!" can be made at any dollar amount, as custom certificates!
Your ideas, become their reality!
