Mackay, Isaac and Whitsunday Regional Business Impact Survey

Good afternoon Peak Body and Regional Support Network representatives,
 
To draw a more accurate picture of the impacts of COVID-19 on our business community, Mackay, Isaac and Whitsunday Regional Councils, GW3 and data analyst REMPLAN, have released a business survey for all business owners to complete. The survey will assist us develop our response to the crisis and a plan for recovery.
 
We would appreciate your assistance in distributing the survey through your networks.  
 
REMPLAN will release findings and insights when we get enough responses to protect respondents’ privacy (from 5 responses per industry per region). The more responses, the more representative the data will be of all industries and businesses in our region. The more representative, the more accurate and compelling the insights will be.

SURVEY MESSAGE
 
Mackay, Isaac and Whitsunday Regional Councils and GW3 are working with data and analysis firm REMPLAN to measure the impacts on business from COVID-19. This data will provide our region with vital, up-to-date evidence to work with other government agencies in developing a response for the crisis and planning for recovery. The survey is brief and will take less than 10 minutes to complete and will be repeated on a regular basis throughout the crisis to keep data current.
