Meet the Hosts

Natalie Hewson is a Chartered Accountant and Partner at FMA Partners, specialising in tax advisory and compliance. She has more than 15 years experience as a leading tax advisor and graduated her Masters of Tax with honours. Her expertise includes Capital Gains Tax, taxation of trusts, domestic and international tax planning and all tax issues for SMEs particularly restructuring and succession planning. Natalie is known for providing clear, simple and holistic advice to her clients. Natalie is the Sydney chair for the Chartered Accountants Tax Discussion Group, a speaker for the Tax Institute Australia and is a regular resource for other accounting professionals on tax matters. 

Simon Bennett created Southern Waters Legal when he realised there was a need for expert law advice with the affordability and accessibility often missing from larger firms. Simon likes to think outside the box and often describes himself as a Businessman and Solicitor.
Prior to starting Southern Waters Legal, Simon worked for a national law firm based in Sydney and has almost 20 years experience in advising on Business, Employment Law, Superannuation & Taxation and Estate Incapacity & Succession Planning.
